Airbus Poland has agreed to transfer the rights to the PZL-104 Wilga short-takeoff-and-landing (STOL) utility aircraft to Draco Aircraft to enable the startup to produce a next-generation turbine-powered version, the Draco, in Poland. Acquired by Airbus in 2001, Poland’s PZL-Okecie produced.
