Step 1 – Reserve your position for the aircraft - the express of interest aims to further detail your wishes and to keep your place in the delivery pipeline.

This is a non-binding order confirmation for the sale and purchase of DRACO until Draco Aircraft delivers a valid contract, and you confirm your order.

Step 2 - Payment:

1. At a later stage, DRACO Aircraft will ask for the payment when development and investment phases are finalized.
2. We expect to start taking firm orders with a confirmed payment schedule in Q2/Q3 2025.
3. Payment will be divided into three installments:
   - Position Deposit (Purchase Order): 20% of the aircraft value - due within 30 days of confirming your reservation.
   - Manufacturing phase: 50% of the Aircraft Value – 12 months prior to delivery date
   - Final Assembly phase: 30% of the Aircraft Value – 3 months prior to delivery date

Step 3 – Delivery - Each aircraft will be EASA/FAA certified and factory assembled, ex works (EXW) Poland and ready to be shipped worldwide. A Maintenance Center final assembly line will be established in Utah, Spanish Fork, USA to support US operators and delivery.

Step 4 – pilot course for the pilots – a comprehensive course aimed specifically at private-owner operators.
